In order to request a lift on a Deportation Order, the person will be required to write a formal letter of request. Only when the order is lifted can the person re-enter Trinidad and Tobago, in the future.

The applicant will need to submit a hard-copy, signed, detailed letter explaining the situation that caused the deportation (reason, dates of detention, departure, current contact details, etc.).
