Frequently Asked Questions

Persons can report a crime to the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service through any of the following:

  • Call 999
  • Download the TTPS “See Something, Say Something” App and make a report there
  • Submit a report online, on the TTPS website, via  Report A Crime
  • Visit any police station in Trinidad and Tobago

Citizens of Trinidad and Tobago who have been convicted of an offence and wish to apply for a Presidential Pardon under Section 87 of the Constitution of Trinidad and Tobago, can visit Presidential Pardon for information on how to make an application. Email address: ACPP@mns.gov.tt

In order to request a lift on a Deportation Order, the person will be required to write a formal letter of request. Only when the order is lifted can the person re-enter Trinidad and Tobago, in the future. The applicant will need to submit a hard-copy, signed, detailed letter explaining the situation that caused the deportation (reason, dates of detention, departure, current contact details, etc.).
